One step closer to bringing rockbox fitness to bucks/herts got my official rockbox workout clothes yesterday and omg I love them i can't wait to rock with you all keep your eyes peeled I will be giving details for classes soon and where love you all 🎸🎵🎸🎶🤘🤘

Wow what a weekend thank you so much to everyone who knows my story and my battles and has still been there to help and support me through i never thought I would be in a position to come 3rd for a fitness award but to be 3rd for regional instructor South east means so much to me and shows me just how much hard work and love I have put in to what I do I enjoy being able to include everyone I battle with many health and mental health issues and I have always battled with my weight due to my health problems Heart & Soul Awards - The Best Of Fitness Karen Gibson you are a truly amazing kind loving lady the moment i stepped through the doors you was there to give me a hug not one person at the event was unkind I felt nothing but kindness and love from so many people i didnt feel judged i felt included and that is what I aim to do for other people whether thats through exercise or helping someone in need I never want to let someone struggle alone I have had the best time ever and to my mentor Colleen Frazer and one of my bestest friends you have supported me from the moment i joined your classes you have been my biggest cheerleader along with letting my crazy 🤪 self be taken under your wing like part of the family i am so so proud of you and the award you achieved your so deserving you work so hard and I really look up to you the weekend away was amazing I loved every second and honestly thank you so much for making a safe inclusive environment for everyone to enjoy fitness can't wait to reconnect again with people at other events and awards in the future ❤️ love to clubbercise and rockbox family ❤️ they have given me something to be passionate about and I have so many people I honestly can't believe i got to meet 🤣 feel like a fan girl hopefully see some of you at the British Fitness Awards in September and hopefully fits up! Again I am seriously so proud of myself for getting to where I am today no longer 23stone and next year I will have done more and will be even more confident thank you to my bestie Leigh Kelly for always encouraging me to be the happiest version of myself dragging you to classes and you have helped me grow and me more comfortable in my own body 💗 ❤️ back home chilling with my puppy and my blisters and aches but I am so happy wouldn't change any of that weekend 😊 ❤️ I want to thank so many people for their support everyone who's been there knows what they have done and I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of you ###x
