65 !! Yes, 65 years old Never ever exercised in her life. She approached me for help to get her fitter and healthier. Well, just look at her gains 💪 She is consistently doing the basics, nothing fancy, nothing crazy. Just lifting weights and getting stronger week after week So bloody proud!!!!
