Proud moment for the team at 24 Lifestyle & Performance.
Today we completed our Mental Health Workshop with and became certified Wellbeing Ambassadors. 🧠🙌🏽
At 24, we’ve always believed fitness is about more than just training. It’s about creating a space where people feel supported, connected and looked after both physically and mentally.
This workshop has given us even more tools to help support our members, our community and each other.
Thank you to Mind in Bexley for delivering such an important and valuable session. 💙
