What is your why?
Probably hear this a lot but it basically means why do you consistently stay disciplined within the gym or whatever your doing etc
My why is my beautiful son Freddie.
I have made it a high priority of mine that Freddie will follow in my foot steps and fall in love with health/fitness.
My “why” is and always will be him. ❤️

Lower session for 10k/half marathon/marathon prep
This will change slightly as I get deeper into my running but this is my set up at the moment.
A1 - Walking lunges 8-12 each leg x 2
A2 - Plate Squats 8-10 x 3
B1 - Iso Leg curl 12-15 x 2
B2 - RDL 6-8 x 3
C1 - Calves 12-15 15 x 3
I train RIR when it comes to my legs as I don’t want to destroy them as this will affect my running.
I also do some abs at either the start or end of the session.
3 weeks till Gravesend 10k.

First week of marathon prep finished
Training was as followed =
Full body strength
Tempo run
Rest
5.5km run
Lower strength
Upper strength
7.5km run
Everything complete and ticked off ✅
I am still keeping up my weight training but everything is solely focused around the hybrid aspect of training - low volume + high intensity always.
Didn’t have any pics or vids from my sessions but will now start to record them so I’ve put a pic of Freddie’s first chelsea game

Back on this account now…. But not for PT purposes (more then happy to help anyone who needs advice etc - just dm me)
But I’m about to start on a different type of fitness journey that I’ve never ever done… and it’s a marathon.
Signed up to the marathon last year, injury ruined it 8 weeks prior - so I’m giving it another go.
I have around 8 full months to make sure I’m in the best position mentally and physically to be able to cross the finish line!
I’m also doing the run for which is a huge motivation as they’re a fantastic charity to raise money for.
Will be documenting the next 8 months from the highs and of course, the lows.
I’ve learned that also running is fantastic for mindfulness so highly recommend it to anyone who is feeling it at the moment.
Let’s go 🚀

First pic post shoot… off season has begun.
Whole point of off season is to grow. There’s no time frame of how long this will take, you grow you grow.
Now that I was able to diet for 8 months, I firmly believe I will be able to do the same with off season.
Time to lift some heavy weights and eat 🥩🥩

8 months later… my first ever photshoot.
Stepping out of my comfort zone big time here but I fu***ng loved it.
Didn’t miss a single day in terms of training & nutrition, a perk I can now safely say I can use going into my next prep.
Found the whole process very enjoyable and I have now developed very good traits which is a bonus 😄
When you enjoy something… it’s easy.
Now off to Spain for a week…. then off season prep begins. Competition 2025 👀

Probably the best comparison pics in terms of front shot I’ve done.
Sounds cliche but honestly looking back on the left picture… I can’t believe I looked like that.
Nutrition and consistency is 🔑🔑🔑

Slow and steady will get us further….
Exactly 2 months difference between pictures.
I’ve lost over 20kg but the difference between these pics I’m very happy with, massive improvements, mainly from the mid section.
It’s exactly what happens when you follow a basic plan and stay consistent with it.

Not the best pics but ain’t it unreal what you can do in 6 months if you just get a training + nutrition plan in place?
Unless you’ve got an unknown medical condition. Literally anyone can do what I’ve mentioned above… just put your mind to it.
