The Calm Approach

Calm Baby Massage provides baby massage and baby yoga classes in a calm, relaxed environment in the heart of Bexleyheath. An excellent opportunity to bond and connect with your baby and to meet and socialise with other local mums. No prior knowledge is required and all equipment is provided.

The classes are run by a highly experienced practitioner who has dedicated the past 16 years to working with babies and toddlers and their parents in various settings.
