Thank you for getting to class and for being the amazing people you are! From the moment you step through the doors (and long after) know that you are making a difference to every single person in the room by just being there 🫶

Reminder - There will be NO classes running for the rest of October, both classes will now return from Monday 2nd November 2026.

Another amazing party class this morning! 🎉

Loved the atmosphere in class today! It really is great that we are able to make each other smile/ laugh and still get the workout done 💪

Thank you for celebrating this milestone with me, it’s really important to me to mark this moment together because this business is only able run because of your continued love and support. Thank you to all of the adults, children and families who have been part of Dance Impact for last 5 years 🫶

Today the 11th October 2026 marks 5 years since launching our very first Dance Impact class, time really does fly when your having fun 💃

The idea for this business was sparked back in September 2021, I had finished teaching my last class for another fitness brand, after the class we all met up to say goodbye as I had planned to take some time off work to figure out what I was going to do next. It was during this time a few people asked me why don’t you do your own classes? I spent the next couple of days thinking about this question and if it would be possible, one thing lead to another and eventually I decided to go for it and see what happens…

Here I am 5 years later one of the best decisions I have ever made! I know this is a small business delivering classes in a small village but I am so proud of what this business has become and the impact it is having on others.

THANK YOU to everyone who supports my business whether it’s attending classes, following my social media pages, viewing my content, likes, follows and shares, testimonials, sharing my business with friends or family or inviting me to part of your events. Thank you to all of you who believe in me and continue to do so your support means everything to me. To my family for always supporting my dream and being my biggest cheerleaders, you are my world 🫶

I created this business because I wanted to share my passion with others but the reason I am still going is because of the people without you this business would not be what it is today, your views, input and feedback have helped shape this business.

The photo in this post represents most of our Dance Impact firsts (classes for scouts and staff at a local primary school are not including as I don’t have photos available to share) I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us 🧡

This month’s class timetable has a few changes please see below 🍁

Our Party classes will be on Monday 12th and Wednesday 14th October 2026 to celebrate 5 years of Dance Impact. This year’s theme is embrace your individuality please feel free to wear anything that makes you feel good this is completely optional and just a bit of fun. Cake will be provided 😋

There will be NO classes running on the following dates.

Wednesday 21st October (Half Term)
Monday 26th October
Wednesday 28th October (Half Term)

Both of our classes return from the 2nd November. Thank you for your continued support and understanding 🧡

Thank you for that mood enhancing class, it was just what was needed on this rainy day 🫶 I’m so grateful for the connections we share and the friendships we have built, I can’t wait to celebrate our 5th year in business with you all next week 🥳

Next Monday 12th and Wednesday 14th October will be our 5th birthday party classes, everyone is welcome whether you are new, existing or returning. The theme this year is embrace your individuality you are welcome to wear anything that makes you feel good, accessories, a change in hairstyle or PJs just make sure you can still exercise comfortably (completely optional) cake will also be provided 🧡

Brilliant class this morning thank you 🫶 It was a hot and humid workout today but you showed up and moved your body at a pace that was right for you 🥵💪

We had a lovely surprise from a returning dancer today, we enjoyed having you back at class 💃

Thank you for coming to class this evening, whether you went all out or made adjustments that were best for you and your body, you should be extremely proud of what you are achieving and how far you’ve come on your journey 💪

Next month we will be celebrating 5 years of Dance Impact Classes 😱 time really foes fly when you are having fun! I am currently in the process of organising a group social event to celebrate, this is open to anyone who has been part of Dance Impact over the years. If you are interested in attending please message me.
