Happy New Year to all our pupils and families!
The new term starts w/c 10th January

We’re back from Monday for all under 18’s classes! So looking forward to seeing all our pupils 😊👯‍♀️

Following the announcement of the UK government’s ‘Road Map out of Lockdown’, we hope to recommence classes and welcome you back on Monday 19th April.

This is after the Easter holidays and in line with the 12/4 changes. However we do have to remember that the dates mentioned in the road map are the EARLIEST the changes could take place for the relevant step.

Everything depends on the Four Tests:
1. TEST 1: The vaccine deployment programme continues successfully.

2. TEST 2: Evidence shows vaccines are sufficiently effective in reducing hospitalisations and deaths in those vaccinated.

3. TEST 3: Infection rates do not risk a surge in hospitalisations which would put unsustainable pressure on the NHS

4. TEST 4: Our assessment of the risks is not fundamentally changed by new Variants of Concern.

The government will not be looking at these results until the week before the date in question and only then will the specific date be firmed and more details released of the changes we can all make to move forward.
