My client has gained so much more than just an insane transformation…
She’s gained confidence, strength, and belief in herself that she never thought possible.
She’s walking into the gym, smashing goals, and no longer second-guessing if she belongs there, because she knows she does.
This isn’t just about what she looks like, it’s about how she feels.
From feeling nervous and unsure to feeling empowered, strong and unstoppable, this is what true transformation looks like.

If you’re just starting out in the gym – or starting again after time away – here are some things I really wish someone had told me:
1️⃣ Start lighter than you think
You don’t need to prove anything. Master the movement first, strength comes with time.
2️⃣ Don’t skip rest days
More isn’t better. Your muscles grow and recover when you rest, not while you’re smashing back-to-back sessions.
3️⃣ Stop overthinking every detail
Perfect plan? Perfect form? Perfect diet? You don’t need it. What you do need is to start, and keep showing up.
4️⃣ No one’s watching you
It feels scary at first, but most people are too focused on themselves to notice what you’re doing. Promise.
5️⃣ Confidence is built, not found
You don’t need to feel confident before you start. Confidence comes after the reps, not before.
6️⃣You don’t need to train every day
3–4 consistent sessions a week is plenty. More isn’t always better — better is better.
💬 Save this post, send it to your gym bestie, or DM me “newbie” if you want support figuring out where to begin — I’ve got you.

Motivation is fleeting. It comes and goes, and if you're relying on it to get results... you're going to struggle.
What actually keeps you consistent?
✅ A routine that fits your life
✅ A support system to lean on when life gets messy
✅ Accountability to remind you why you started
✅ A coach who gives you the push when you're tempted to quit
The women who get results?
They're not more motivated. They're more supported.
If you're tired of starting and stopping, let’s build something sustainable. Comment "routine" below or DM me — I’ll help you figure out what’s missing.

If I could go back and talk to younger me walking into the gym for the first time... this is what I’d say.
💬 You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to know everything. You just need to start. Here are 4 things I wish I understood sooner:
1️⃣ Form over ego – I used to care way too much about how much weight was on the bar. I’d rush through sets, trying to lift more than I should. Slowing down and nailing my form changed everything. Results got better, and my risk of injury dropped.
2️⃣ Train with love, not hate – I used to train to shrink myself. To ‘fix’ what I didn’t like. But when I started lifting to feel strong and empowered, the entire process felt different. More enjoyable. More sustainable. You can’t hate yourself into a body you love.
3️⃣ Get support early – Whether it’s a coach, a PT or even just a friend who’s a bit further ahead, having someone to guide you will fast-track your progress and give you the confidence you’re missing. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
4️⃣ Confidence is built in the reps – No one starts off feeling brave. You build confidence through showing up, making mistakes and learning as you go. It’s OK to feel nervous. Take the step anyway.
💗 If this hit home, share it with a friend who’s just starting their gym journey. And if you need that support system and want to fast-track your results, my DMs are open!

I say this in the nicest way possible...
If the last few reps aren't challenging, if you're stopping before it starts to feel hard, if you're on autopilot just trying to get it done. Then its time to level up.
Real results come from real effort. You should be focusing on your sets, honing in on mind to muscle connection and really feeling every movement.
Training with intensity doesn't mean lifting as heavy as you can and forgetting proper form. It means controlled effort where your muscles are being pushed to their limits.
This is where your body will really start to change.
Send this to your gym buddy who needs to hear this!

I could not be more proud of the transformation my client has made physically and mentally.
I mean just look at how insane she looks, she hasn't done any fad dieting, anything that is too far out of her normal daily routine. We added a strong workout plan for her to follow, that completely changed her physique. Along with a meal plan that complimented her usual eating habits, so she has managed to maintain this weight loss over a lovely period of time. Paired with weekly check ins that held her accountable and reminded her of her goal, she had the constant support she needed to excel.
From the first pic to now she has lost an insane 11.6kg (1.8 stone!!) and I couldn't be prouder! Seeing her confidence in and out of the gym grow is such a special part of what I do.
