Thank you to B & C skaters who travelled to Birmingham today for a fun scrim against our A team (plus a couple of guest Bs!)

There was also a cheeky lil reunion!

An opportunity to trial some new things, practice some old stuff and have a nice time doing it!

As ever, we have these opportunities because of our dedicated officials and volunteers - we're very grateful for your time and knowledge. Thank you to everyone who was involved with today ⏱️🛼🙅🏻‍♂️📋

This evening some of our skaters took a trip to Coventry to cheer on in their game against 😼🐉

It was a hard fought match, with both teams showing incredible skill and teamwork, and a great opportunity to support women’s sports. 💪🏻

Wonder if we can have pyrotechnics at our next home game? 🤔💥💥

We turned the tables tonight and went to to support our biggest cheerleader and merch stand queen at her launch event for her art exhibition exploring "social exclusion through the lenses of race, illness, and body image.”

Danielle's art draws from her lived experience as a Black woman navigating chronic and rare health conditions, integrating her own journey with the personal stories of others.

Thorough her work and collaborations with others, she discovered a universal desire among those in similar positions: the fundamental need to be heard and acknowledged.

You can still see her work at Digbeth Art space until the 14th of June.

BRD are incredibly proud of our very own Ratty, Cherry and Biggs, who are heading to the MRDA World Cup in Orleans, France this week! 🌍

Ratty has been selected as an OPR within Officials Crew 1, Cherry will be taking the mic as an announcer and Biggs will be lineup manager for Ireland.

Good luck to you all and to all the teams competing this weekend!
