Do you struggle to lose fat and more importantly, keeping it off? I understand how frustrating it can be; to be desperate to lose fat whilst getting no results. I spent years feeling depressed not knowing what to eat, when to eat and what exercise to do. I had tried several diets, joined a gym and had a personal trainer. Nothing was working. My back ached and I hated the gym, I had no motivation.
