This isn't your typical transformation programme, where you'll be told to ban certain foods and then be told you're "allowed" others
I'm going to work closely alongside you, educating you, and guiding you to achieve life changing results, that you can KEEP for life, through our tailored coaching phases around nutrition, and exercise.
Weâll perform an initial diet audit, to help establish what needs to be changed, and what areas of the diet need to be fixed - we can then create and deliver a nutrition approach that is designed around YOU, your lifestyle, work, preference, enjoyment, and what you can stick to long term, without feeling constant restriction or craving certain foods.
We have 5 slots for people wanting to:
- Get into the best shape of their life
- Become more body confident
- Learn how to manage social occasions while still staying in shape
- Be held accountable daily, so you can't fail
However, this is NOT for those:
- Wanting a quick fix
- Not happy to follow daily tasks
- Don't want to take their own results seriously

Personal update that nobody asked for, and even less people care about:
Currently sitting at 112.3kg (6â6)
Calories comfortably at 4,300 (still room to push more)
Protein tracked at 210g per day
Training 6 days per week- chest, back and bis, legs, shoulders and tris.
Aiming to continue the bulk with the long term goal to hit 120kg in time for rugby season.

Connor is a rugby player, and part of that includes the social life- drinking, eating and just generally having a great time đ»
How did he lose weight without âdietingâ and without restricting himself from the things he enjoyed doing?
MODERATION
Through me accepting this was an important part of his life and programming around it, rather than trying to stop him from enjoying his life.
And an understanding that he could go out and enjoy the weekend, without it leaking over into the next week of progress.
Connor has made some very MINOR changes to his lifestyle but has seen some MAJOR results- itâs all in the CONSISTENCY.

Do you feel guilty taking rest days?
For the longest time, I was in the gym 6/7 days a week and would hate any rest time I had.
Part of it was that the gym helped lessen my anxiety, but part of me was convinced I wouldnât make progress unless I trained every day.
Now I look back and laugh about how stupid I was; wether youâre losing weight or bulking up, rest days are absolutely vital for your continued progression.
If youâre still in the habit forming phase of the gym, back to back rest days can be a problem as getting back into the gym on a Monday morning can seem like a chore after a weekend off.
My 2 bits of advice;
- split your rest days throughout the week
- if youâre itching to train, use rest day as âcardio and stretchingâ

Molly came to me to lose a bit of weight and feel more confident for an upcoming holiday âïž
After 2 months she has dropped 4kg while gaining muscle and reducing body fat! đ
All this has been done without ridiculously low calories (I have to nag her to eat more most weeks) đ€Ł
And WITHOUT spending hours and hours a day in the gym đ
Just some CONSISTENCY and sticking to some tried and tested principles â
