It’s been a minute..
I’m due to get back on this fitness journey again soon, there’s been a lot of changes.. Mentally and Physically..
I’m in a new location with a brand new mindset, doesn’t mean that every days still not a battle, cuz I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t.. However, we fight on..
Progress is the motive and the goal is success in my life’s choices be it right or wrong… We breathe everyday we’re alive which means that’s another chance to right any wrongs..

Wow!
I’ve ran 3 days in a row this week 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Again threw in about 45 mins of skipping.
Massive achievement for me!
Yeay! I celebrated by having a rebuild chocolate milkshake... OMG I’m not usually a fan on Choc milkshake... But I am this!..
So this week I’ve ran a total of 19.5K, and for the month a total of 26.5..
When you see it written down it’s inspiring, motivation to keep pushing!
I’m working very hard to get my life in order.. One thing at a time..
Change ya mindset, Change ya life!

But such is life..
Starting is what matters. But it’s important to have support/accountability around you.. This is what’s going to help drive you!

The Jurny continues..
5 days in 500 squats completed and one full glute work out..
to help soothe and grow muscles, mango flavour with to keep energised and keep up nourished and hydrated.
shake mix with added ingredients including apple oat fibre. And a healthy eating routine with plenty of water..
It’s a small start, but it’s better than nothing. I’m giving myself 90 days of transformation.. Along with our 21 day challenge starting this Monday.. I know I’m gonna start seeing results sooner! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve switched up my eating to some degree... Couscous instead of rice, more greens and more fish..
Just need to learn to lay off the biscuits 😫
