Researchers have found that regular strength training is linked to a lower risk of premature death, according to the largest study of its kind. Adults should take part in at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week and by ensuring your weekly exercise includes both strength and aerobic activities, appears to have an even greater beneficial effect. If exercising in a group setting, it could also be very sociable which is another factor associated with a longer, healthier life.

Hi All just to confirm we are at the cricket club in July on Monday nights.
6pm Beginners Pilates and pure stretch 7pm weigh and stay 7.30 general fitness. Pyramids this week.

You go up one and come down again. 60 seconds cardio 10 off 60 seconds toning Then 50 40 30 20 10 10- 20-30-40-50-60. Ideally harder exercises as the time gets shorter. But always options for all and weather suitable.
