😎❄MY 5 TIPS TO STAY COOL AT CLASS TONIGHT..

❄Put your cold drink in the freezer 30 mins b4 class
💦Put a wet flannel in the freezer 1 hr b4 class
❄Stay hydrated - drink plenty during class
💦Wear lightweight, sweat absorbing clothing if poss
❄Bring a towel to mop up all the sweat

I have ice pops🍦 for the end of class🙌🙌, and a banging playlist💪👊💦. Yes it will be hot🔥 no doubt about it, but tonights playlust will be set for the heat 💃💦
