NEW Thursday evening session every week, starting January 15th, for club players and newcomers alike. 7.30-9pm, £3 adults, £2 for supervised U18s. All other sessions listed in the pinned post above. See you at the Baths! 🏓🏓

BIRMINGHAM LEAGUE UPDATE - We're almost at the halfway point of the 2025-26 season after the Christmas break, and Stirchley Baths are riding high again.
Both the A and B teams are top of their respective divisions, whilst the C and D sides are also competitive in our first season running four teams out of B30. League tables below:

The 2nd Edition of our annual Fox And Chance Tournament took place at Stirchley Baths on Wednesday, December 17th.

This year the focus was on doubles pairings, and after a tough competition Adrian McGovern and Ian Teffer emerged victorious, winning the Fox And Chance Trophy, with Lee Healy and Ian Dudfield the runners up. The Plate Competition was won by Martin George and Diego Dalmedo. 🏓🏓

The 2024/25 Birmingham Winter League has recently finished, and the final league tables are linked below.

In Division 2, Stirchley A consolidated their position in the league structure with a strong 3rd place, behind only the two promoted sides.
In Division 3, Stirchley B and Stirchley C finished their debut seasons in the comfort of mid-table, with some notable triumphs along the way.

The 2025/26 Winter League starts in October this year - if you would like to potentially compete for Stirchley Baths, please drop by over the summer at one of the sessions listed on previous posts and you can be sure of a warm welcome!

The inaugural Fox And Chance Tournament took place at Stirchley Baths on Monday, December 16th.
After some hard fought matches Carl Sanford was declared the winner, with Ola Ayoade the runner up. Mark Johnston won the Plate Competition.
Thanks go to 'Fox And Chance Cocktail Bar' and the 'Gosta Green' for their sponsorship. A great evening was had by all!

Stirchley Baths Community Hub have a variety of opportunities for our diverse community to play table tennis. No booking required, just pay and play!
On Mondays from 2pm - 3.30pm there is a community session open to all with a coach available most weeks, this costs £3.
Stirchley Baths also has 4 teams in the Birmingham League and a session for team players and invited guests runs from 7.30pm - 9pm on Monday Evenings.
On Wednesdays there is an open session from 7pm - 8.30pm each Wednesday with coaching available, this costs £4.
From Jan 2026 there is a NEW open session on Thursday evenings, 7.30 -9.00pm. £3 adults, £2 for (supervised) u18s.
Another community session runs on Friday Afternoons from 2pm - 4pm, this costs £3.
Parking is available either on Bournville Lane at the front of the Baths, or in the car park to the rear of the building, accessed from Pershore Road/Hazelwell Street. Buses 27, 45 and 47 stop close to the Baths.

Congratulations to team 'Tom & Tom' for winning the inaugural Birmingham Brewing Company Table Tennis Tournament at Stirchley Baths. 8 teams turned out on the night including Don at the grand old age of 93.
Two groups of four produced a final between team 'Tom and Tom' and 'Ukraine'. Team 'Tom & Tom' richly deserved their 6 cans of beer each.
Thank you to everyone who competed and also Birmingham Brewing Company for their sponsorship.
Remember you can play at the baths every Monday from 2pm - 3.30pm and every Friday from 2pm - 4pm. From April 24th there will be an evening session from 7.30pm - 9.30pm with coaches available.
