Does your weekend food let you down?

You restrict too much.

The purpose of the three-part triangle system and the purpose of our business is to show the everyday man and woman how to dramatically change their health and fitness no matter where their starting point is.
It goes against the grain but it produces results and more importantly the knowledge of how to get in shape and stay in shape.

Iv worked with Rob now on and off for about 5 years.
The original goal was fat loss and Rob helped me get very lean and in great shape!
Once I was lean and happy we gradually began a muscle gain phase. Again with great success.
What is different about Rob is he educated me and helped me to make the right decisions to keep me in great shape for a lifetime not just a 10-12 week period.
A few months ago (in typical me fashion) I decided I wanted a new challenge and changed things completely with my training by entering an Ironman event.
The focus now is performance. Again Rob has been invaluable with his support and knowledge and I have no doubt will be a big part of me completing the Ironman man in a few months time.

On Fridays we celebrate 🍾
This week we are celebrating two phenomenal clients in and 🕺
With a whopping 32kg of weight loss combined, that’s over 70 pounds or 5.3 stone (whichever metric you use)
That is nothing short of outstanding and we are buzzing for them.
This is truly a life-changing amount of weight, I know this phrase gets thrown around a lot. In this instance it is true.
What’s more, they have been a pleasure to help.
Both have taken on board the information and implemented it in their lifestyles and it’s inspiring.
While this is a post to congratulate them it is also to point out it hasn’t been plain sailing and both have worked tirelessly to get this result.
That’s all we ask and we couldn’t be more proud.
This is NOT a 6 week challenge.
It is not a rapid 12 week transformation that results in weight gain again.
This is 24 weeks of education, support, motivation and accountability.
This is SUSTAINABLE.
