START SMALL AND STAY CONSISTENT- FOCUS ON PROGRESSION, NOT PERFECTION! Try being active for 10 min every day &try not to compare yourself with others. Aim to do at least two & a half hours of physical activity every week. If you have a friend who could offer to join in and help to partner you. This will help you to find the routine more enjoyable. Swimming, cycling or moderate exercise can help build consistency towards an increase in your overall fitness.

THE ONLY BAD WORKOUT IS THE ONE THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN! Even if you only manage 15 minutes of walking on a treadmill, it’s still worth it because it’s better than no exercise at all.
