Here are three simple tips for coaching 3-year-olds in a kickboxing class:

1.⁠ ⁠Keep instructions short and fun
Younger children have shorter attention spans, so use simple phrases such as, "Hands up!", or "jab" to help keep them engaged

2.Focus on movement rather than technique
At this age, balance, coordination, listening skills, and confidence are more important than perfect punches and kicks.

3.Praise constantly and create routines
Children respond well to positive reinforcement and consistency 👏🏼

Mistakes don't make you worse.
