After the destruction cause by Hurricane Melissa.

Today I asked the Question, “what does it mean to be Twinned with another Area.”

Is there any help going to be offered to St Elizabeth, where the eye of the storm caused the most damage.

Will our town Council and Community leaders act in a helpful way. I would have asked at the Town Hall. But it has been empty for years now. So I asked our local News Paper the Redditch Standard, to do some investigative journalism, to see if any support will be offered.
