This weeks shout out goes to .ftb (pictured front and centre), who this week achieved international honours representing Wales on tour to Spain.

After a fantastic season after signing for Leicester City in the summer, she got the call up, and at just 15 years old, there's so much more to come!

Amy is one of the hardest workers in the gym, always sticking to the plan and is the ultimate professional. She comes in with her sister Lucy before school to ensure her S&C works alongside her schoolwork.

Well done on a fantastic achievement, and we can't wait to see what next season brings!

🌟 Member Spotlight 🌟

MSC Strong Girls are at it again!!

Big shoutout this week to , and .vaida , who all competed this past weekend and absolutely smashed it out the park!

Robin competed in the British Weightlifting Championships and got an excellent total of 145kg with an incredible attempt on her third sn**ch!

Lily competed in the British Powerlifting Championships, coming in 5th place with a 40kg improvement in her total over the past 5 months.

Vera also competed in the British Powerlifting Championships, coming 2nd and getting a huge 30kg personal bests on her total.

Well done ladies on these amazing achievements.

We're awaiting pics from the event, but we'd love to use this weeks member spotlight to congratulate everyone who took part in the Birmingham 10k and half marathon this past Sunday!!

We had over a dozen members compete, with some fantastic results, with a number of athletes competing at this distance for the first time.

Well done to .booth.r and apologies if there's anyone we missed!

It's been great to see these guys working so hard in the lead up to the event, and then put in huge performances that they should be proud of πŸ‘Œ
