Great News! We have a brand new Yoga Class starting on Wednesday 2nd September at 4.25pm with Elaine 😌

Elaine says "Join me for this new Yoga Class starting on 2nd September! We'll work through gently, warm-up movements before I guide you through a sequence of Yoga postures designed to help you move more easily, build strength and calm your mind.

You don't need to be flexible to start Yoga! I'll teach you the foundational elements, how to unite your breath with movement and options for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. We'll smile and enjoy!" 💙
