Great feedback like this makes all the hard work worthwhile👏

Our team at Diamond Facilities Support recently completed a rebuild project at Busy Bees, and we were delighted to receive this message from the client:

"I just wanted to say how lovely the contractors who attended were. They were extremely professional and very polite throughout. The quality of the work they have done is excellent - you would never know it had been rebuilt. They also made sure everything was cleared up afterwards. I’m honestly very impressed with both the workmanship and their professionalism. Please could you pass this feedback on to the team who carried out the work."

A huge thank you to our operatives for continuing to represent Diamond Facilities Support with professionalism, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.

Our Diamond Facilities Support team recently completed a significant minor works project for our valued client, Priory Group, at their Carlton House premises.

During inspection of a residents’ wet room, it became clear that the existing flooring had completely deteriorated, with the subfloor suffering from extensive rot. To ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents, our team carried out a full strip-out of the affected flooring area. The entire flooring was carefully removed, allowing us to properly assess and address the underlying issues.

Once exposed, the underlay was thoroughly treated to prevent further deterioration and to create a solid, secure base. We then installed brand new vinyl flooring sheets, delivering a durable, hygienic, and water-resistant finish suitable for a wet room environment.

This project highlights the importance of proactive maintenance and the value of responding quickly to issues before they escalate. We’re happy to support Priory Group in maintaining safe, high-quality facilities for their residents, and to deliver works that combine practicality, compliance, and long-term reliability.

Another successful minor works project completed by Diamond Facilities Support at our client Busy Bees nursery premises.

This project focused on upgrading the Baby’s Milk Preparation Room - a critical space where hygiene, durability and practicality are non-negotiable. The before image on the left shows the aged worktop and sink area, which had become worn over time and no longer reflected the high standards required in a childcare environment.

In the after image on the right, you can see the transformation. We installed a brand new black worktop along with a newly fitted sink and tap, delivering a clean, modern and hygienic finish. The upgrade not only enhances the visual standard of the room but also improves functionality and ease of cleaning, supporting compliance and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Minor works projects like this demonstrate how targeted improvements can make a significant impact within operational environments. Delivered efficiently, with minimal disruption to the nursery’s daily activities, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Another successful refurbishment delivered by the Minor Works Project team at Diamond Facilities Support for our valued client Boots at Ripley High Street.

Following fire damage to the staff toilets and locker rooms, our team carried out a full refurbishment, completing all works within normal working hours to minimise disruption to store operations. As always, the area was left clean, safe, and ready for immediate use.

The project included the removal of existing lockers and the installation of a new fixed six-locker system. We also removed the existing toilet cubicles and installed a new right-incline cubicle system to improve durability and functionality. Damaged sanitaryware, including the basin and WC, was replaced with like-for-like units, along with making good to affected pipework.

To restore the flooring, the team uplifted the existing vinyl tiles, screeded the subfloor to achieve the correct levels, and installed new Altro flooring for a robust, long-lasting finish. Fire-damaged ceiling areas were re-boarded and plastered, damaged ceiling tiles were replaced, and all affected walls and woodwork were completely redecorated.

Another strong example of our Minor Works Project team delivering high-quality refurbishment solutions efficiently and professionally.

Great result delivered by the Diamond Facilities Support Major Works team out at Buzz Bingo in Irvine.

Following a significant leak affecting the fire exit area leading into the main hall, the space had suffered extensive water ingress and associated damage. Our team was tasked with making the area safe, restoring the fabric of the building, and returning the environment to a clean, professional standard in line with the client’s operational needs.

The works involved carefully stripping out the damaged ceiling boarding, isolating and protecting all affected fittings and services, and allowing the area to fully dry before reinstatement. We then reboarded the ceiling, applied specialist damp-seal treatments to prevent staining and future bleed-through, and completed a full redecoration to bring the area back to a high-quality finish.

Another example of planned remedial works delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to our client’s venue. Huge credit to our Major Works team for their attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the project.
