This patient presented with a partial denture and some functional issues. We gave him a fixed resin bonded bridge as he was too young imo for an implant and built up his canines to reverse the toothwear, but also protect his teeth. This is nearly a 10 year old case. You can see how the patient wore a denture and had a crown above which the gum had receded. The new crowns looked better and best of all, no more removable teeth or gaps!

A little photographic story for treatment. We carried out treatment to correct her crowded teeth. This was not enough as some of her teeth were small in size so we carried out whitening and composite edge bonding. All without any drilling the teeth to stumps!
