What a Match. What a Game of Cricket -

Yesterday’s match between Birmingham Warriors and Sylhet Challengers was an incredible game of cricket and a true example of why we love this sport.

Sylhet Challengers scored 193 runs in 20 overs, and in reply, Birmingham Warriors fought all the way and finished on 192 runs in 20 overs, losing by just 1 run.

Win or lose is part of the game, but matches like this show the real beauty, excitement, and spirit of cricket.

City Cup Cricket Tournament 2026 -

Birmingham Warriors lost the first match by just 4 runs, but came back strongly to win the second match by a big margin. Unfortunately, we did not qualify for the semi-finals.

Our players gave their best and played with great passion, but it simply wasn’t our day. Keep your heads up, boys—we will come back stronger.
