Carbon Monoxide Safety discussions this week as one of Cadent ‘s initiatives, raising awareness on Carbon Monoxide and how dangerous it can be.
Always great to talk about important topics such as this.
Last Monday at Dorothy Parkes Centre before the Easter holiday’s.
Started the morning off with our Women’s Only Boxercise at 9.30am and then followed that up with our Mixed Group Circuit at 10.30am💪🏻🔥.
If anyone is interested in attending, we will now be back on Monday, the 13th April, ready to kick on and look towards the summer. If anyone has any questions regarding the sessions, don’t hesitate to send me a message!

This week, we raised the importance of the PSR (Priority Service Register), an initiative ran by Cadent Gas.
It gives the opportunity to our participants to be eligible to get their gas appliances looked and serviced in quicker time if they’re eligible. A great initiative.
Monday morning at Dorothy Parkes with our amazing Women’s only Boxercise group. Full of energy, some laughs and a welcoming environment.
