Winners never quit, slight bump in the road seem to have pelvis/hip issues now with me running my body doesn’t like it, get really bad pelvic groin pain, need to start doing some physio exercises to try prevent this from getting worse its apparent it do to with adductors muscle/tendon tear 🤦🏼‍♂️whooppie doo
