Been so busy the last few weeks, not managed to get in the gym at all.
But we managed to get a quick gym session in togeather today.
Look at her, cats got the cream. Taking the micky out of me as im beathing a tad hard.....🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was cream crackered, and madam here hasnt broken a sweat....she's been sciving I know it....🤣🤣😥😥

A slightly different walk to Uni today.

Been missing out on exercise the last couple of weeks.
Started my Law degree at Birmingham University. And its thrown my routine all over the place.
But with a bit of planning, i think ive sorted at least two days per week where ill be getting in two walks per day. And a short kettlebell session in!
Two walks today.
Kettlebell workout;
15 swings x 3
15 goblin squats x 3
15 deadlifts x 3
15 presses (both arms) x 3
Proves you can make the time with a bit of planning and positive mental attitude!
