Pilates is for everyone it doesn't matter what level of fitness you have, I can tailor the exercises to your level. It may have been a long while since you have done any exercises or you may be very fit and sporty, Pilates improves your core, posture flexibility and stamina.

Pilates is for everyone …. Both men and women and anyone over 16 are welcome at my classes
I am a chartered Physiotherapist and tailor the exercises to the individual as necessary

On Monday 14th August between 9 and 10.30 a group of volunteers will be busy weeding and deadheading the pots along Birtley High Street. Come and say hello and find out how to get involved.

Pilates is for everyone.
I have all age of adults and all fitness levels attending my classes .
I am a Musculoskeletal Skeletal Chartered Physiotherapist and get everyone to work at their own level. So whether you do lots of sports and want to work on your core stability or haven't done any exercise for a long time my classes are suitable for you.
I keep the classes small so I can supervise everyone
