After Saturday’s win on the road at Lochore Welfare we’re in the hat for the 3rd Rnd.

The draw takes place on Thursday 10th September at 7pm live on the competition’s YouTube channel. Look out for ball no 7.

After a few miles on the road these last few weeks we’re back at Huntershill as we welcome Girvan FC this time in the West of Scotland Cup.

⚒️ As many of you will know Huntershill Sports Hub is currently undergoing enhancement works to maintain the first-class sporting facilities enjoyed by our local communities. With the support of local clubs, significant investment has taken place to upgrade the pitch surfaces, spectator section, team shelters and the athletics provision. 🏐 🏃🏻 👟

We, the facility employees, volunteers and thousands of users, are disappointed that in the past few weeks extensive damage caused by vandalism and anti-social behaviour has occurred 👎

This includes glass being smashed on the pitches, jumping up and down on the team shelters causing extensive damage to brand new dug outs, electric and motorised bikes accessing the pitch/track, and fence panels being ripped out 😞

Our aim is to provide a Sports Hub that can be enjoyed by all ages. Local volunteers share this aim and commit their time to provide safe and enjoyable activities at Huntershill especially for local young people.

NEW HUNTERSHILL PITCH VANDALISED AGAIN!!!

After all the recent investment and hard work that has gone into upgrading the pitch and facilities at Huntershill, it's incredibly disappointing to see the facility being vandalised again — despite it only being a matter of weeks old.

It started with kids jumping on and snapping the brand-new dugouts. That was swiftly followed by graffiti and fence panels being broken off. Now parts of the brand-new playing surface have been burnt and glass has been smashed in the centre circle.

Honestly, what is wrong with these people?

This is a shared community asset, used by numerous clubs, teams and groups from various sports across the local area.

It's utterly soul-destroying to see this community facility being mistreated, damaged and neglected. Even more frustrating is the feeling that as usual nothing seems to be getting done to stop it.

If anyone has witnessed any of this vandalism or has information that could help identify those responsible, please get in touch privately.

September starts with another trip on the road 🚌🏆

This time it’s The South Challenge Cup Round 2 action as we travel to face Lochore Welfare F.C. of the East of Scotland First Division.

A tough test away from home but one we’re looking forward to. 💪

Despite a lethargic first-half performance, we were worthy of the victory in the end after a much-improved second half.

A good result against a side we always seem to struggle against, and another important 3 points on the board. 🇪🇪🦅
