Strength & Conditioning sessions
This class is built around the big compound lifts that drive real, measurable strength.
Each training block centres on foundational movements like squats, presses, deadlifts,
and pulls - training the body as a system and providing clear benchmarks to track
progress over time.
Alongside the main lifts, we’ll place a strong emphasis on metabolic and cardiovascular
conditioning. Conditioning work is programmed to improve work capacity, aerobic fitness, and recovery between efforts, complementing strength development rather than competing with it.
Accessory work supports the primary lifts, builds durability, and helps reduce injury risk.
The result is a balanced approach: get stronger, move better, and build the conditioning needed to sustain performance inside and outside the gym.
This class is ideal for anyone looking for structured strength training paired with
purposeful conditioning and long-term, sustainable progress.
