I’m starting a casual dad running group focused on health, wellbeing, and good laughs not pace, not PBs, not competition.

This is for dads who:

Running is just the excuse.

This metabolic conditioning workout is a simple one. Complete 5 rounds of the circuit, resting as needed but moving at a fairly steady pace. Focus on good form (mine needs work😅) and don't be afraid to go heavy!

Complete 5 rounds:

- 10 barbell back squats
- 10 box jumps
- 30 seconds on the ski-erg
- 10 kettlebell clean and press (each arm)
- 30 seconds bicycle crunches
- 30 seconds mountain climbers into press up or a plank (you choose)

I even had time to put weights away 😉
