Here are 3 signs it’s time to stop guessing and start rehabbing:

Myth: “Stretching before exercise will prevent ALL injuries"
While stretching can help improve flexibility and prepare your body for movement, it’s not a magic shield against injury. 🪄✨
✅ What’s more important?
A proper warm-up that includes mobility work, dynamic movements, and gradually increasing intensity. This gets your body AND your brain ready for the demands of your sport or workout.
Stretching has its place — but injury prevention is about more than touching your toes. 👣💪
