Client Spotlight🤍

My client has been with me since January, she started off with low fitness levels and low confidence. Just over 12 weeks later we are 27 lbs down, a whole change in lifestyle and a whole lot more confident and positive towards fitness🥰 She even now attends the gym on her own which is something she would’ve never imagined doing 12 weeks ago.

I am so proud of her! The lifestyle change is amazing, she ENJOYS exercising and has created such a sustainable lifestyle with still having balance👏🏼
