Proud of my two this weekend. Yesterday Kizzy was placed 10th in her first agility competition. This is great for Kizzy as she can get very anxious in her surroundings. Such a confidence boost for her. Today Ziggy did his first open obedience competition and was placed 3rd!! I am in shock but he was such a good boy🐾❤️❤️x

Lovely holiday in Devon but missing our boy Stanley who is convalescing at home following an operation 😢He is being looked after very well by Sophie and Louise so I doubt he is even missing us 😃xx

This is my dog Kizzy who suffers with anxiety and worry when In new environments with new noises/people/surroundings

I often play games with Kizzy to work on her confidence and to make her walks a more fun and relaxed environment for her.

This is one of her favourites which we like to call “find the squirrel” (don’t panic, we only use toy squirrels)

If your dog sounds similar to Kizzy then give this game a whirl and let me know how you get on, all you have to do is hide your dogs favourite toy (you could also use their favourite treat if your dog is not toy motivated) in your home or garden to start off with and send them on their way to find it and bring it back to you. Once they are confident with the game you can start doing it on their walks to.

There are so many different ways to build a dogs confidence but this is definitely one of mine and Kizzy’s favourites 🥰🐶🥰
