Close range boxing with last nights 11-16 class working on the importance of head movement when your close to your opponent and not just taking everything on your arms so you aren’t taking heavy shots and also so it doesn’t just look like you’re being outworked 🥊💥
Sunday done right 😅 couples 2-1 private session for & both straight back off holiday and back to it finished nice and easy with some body conditioning 🤣

Another good week come to a close at the gym with lots going on 🥊 Great work from everyone in classes and 1-1s. Lots of slots available next week for 1-1s get booked in or come with a friend or 2 for a little extra. Summer is here so perfect time to stay on top of your health!!

Charlie has lost 2 stone, ran a half marathon, boxed competitively, winning a North-West title along the way, been involved in England Boxing training days and become our first sponsored fighter. As well as this, Charlie is looking to become a qualified ABA coach with us soon.
Faye started with us around 8months ago, with the main aim of getting stronger, fitter and sparring more. Faye has also attended our sessions with all the Eckersley family, who are a great family and a big part of our gym now.
