My lovely Glaswegian delegates đ´ó §ó ˘ó łó Łó ´ó ż completed their 6 month Management Development Programme today, ending with their individual presentations on what they've learned to the senior leaders.
So very proud! đ Gonna miss them.

Spent the morning at Sharples doing mock interviews for Year 10's (for those of a certain age like me, that's 4th year in old money!) đ Always such a great experience.
9 x interviews of 10 mins, then 5 mins to give feedback to each student...

I really like the EBI idea đĄ this is instead of giving development areas; things they missed; what they didn't do....etc.
I use the EBI method when I'm coaching adults đ

Super day down south running a Team Building event for a lovely group of sales colleagues at Discover the World Travel.
Lots of sharing, honest conversations and feedback, along with useful insights - all captured in their new Teamwork journals đ I rounded it off with an 'old school' game of Play Your Cards Right! Brucie would've been proud! đ (only those of a certain age will get that)
