We have been trying to collate as much information as we can regarding disabled facilities and access to try and help our members on Sunday.
Using several websites we made a list of things we may feel are relevant to our members. We have tried to remove locations that are not applicable to the side all our fans will be in and information only related to concerts so that the information is relevant to Bolton fans.
There is alot of information as we are hoping to be able to help everyone. If there is anything missing that you would like us to try and find out, please contact us and we will try our best.

**Restricted bag policy**
To make Wembley safe for everyone, there are restrictions on what you can bring in a bag into the stadium. Here’s everything you need to know.
What’s allowed?
Each person can only bring one small bag, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:
Height 297mm (11.7 inches)
Width 210mm (8.27 inches)
Depth 210mm (8.27 inches)
Please note: this means the overall bag size. Bags that are half full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted.
We do make exceptions for medical equipment and a few other things, but you must get permission in advance. If this applies to you, please contact us here ahead of the event day, selecting ‘Medical Exemption Certificate’ as the topic.
If you’re eligible, you’ll then be given a certificate proving you’re allowed to take specific items into the stadium. You will need to show this certificate to security. Also, your bag will be searched and may be subject to an x-ray scan before you can enter.

**Sensory and inclusion rooms details**
Wembley Stadium has two dedicated sensory and inclusion rooms for use on event days
These are located on the northwest corner of Level 4.
Each room has space for 12 guests. This can include two wheelchair users per room if required
The rooms are suitable for guests with neurodiversity, cognitive impairment, or other sensory conditions, such as autism, ADHD, dementia, or Parkinson’s disease. Guests can sit in the seats outside the box or watch the match from within the box as required
Each room is divided into a lounge style area with seating, alongside an immersive space containing sensory equipment. This is to assist with sensory overload and stimulation gained from being in a different environment
For Club matches, some of these spaces are allocated to the respective team in each end of the Stadium, and requests to use them will be dealt with via the respective competing Clubs.
