First we did some Back rack reverse Lunges.
This is a great movement for building stability and muscle control.
Targeting the Glutes and Hamstrings.
It also works the core as you move into the split stance. It forces the abdominals and spinal erectors to work hard to keep a neutral spine.
Finishing the session with a 5min workout.
R Lunges
Dead lift
Power clean
Sit-up
All with kettle bells

Best decision I have made this year . Learning so much and feeling stronger . On the tennis court during matches feel more confident knowing I am making an effort to increase strength , mobility and mentally focus . Thanks Alicia for your professionalism .
