Had a little update on the shop and a few things jiggled around.

Ayurvedic living has not only transformed my physical health but taught me about living with the seasons and consciously.

Im hoping even just from sharing my love of chai and herbal medicine , the beauty of this practise can be shared authentically and give some light to others! 🌞

Sun is shining, it calls for iced chai lattes 😍!

Simply brew your tea with boiling water and leave in a container in the fridge to infuse and chill.

Get some ice and your fave milk into a tall glass and strain your concentrate!
