Sessions held every Friday at Stapehill hall 11am - 11.50am.

Find your INNER STRENGTH We teach traditional karate to yrs plus at local and international level, we have very experienced instructors with our Chief instructor being a 7th Dan.

Busy day with ISMAA and MBMAA squad followed by an advanced class then supporting St Ives and St Leonard’s karate club at the st Ives fete.

Today was shared teaching with the amazing Team GB Instructors and being there with our amazing squad representing Team GB in Germany in August.
