What a transformation this soul has had over the first 7 months of the programme. We have watched him grow, call himself out and evolve to be a man he is proud of.

It’s that time of the year again ❤️

We are in Month 4 of 9 of the Self Love Club programme. This is the month where people are required to dig deep. We have got emotions bubbling, we are facing out egos and progress feels sticky. It’s a month where if you really honour your evolution, you dig deep. It’s not for everyone, and that’s ok ❤️

At this time of year we start to recognise after a third of the programme where people are doing the do, and shining bright.

This month we recognise the beautiful Nia. Her journey has been nothing short of a miracle so far. She has lost a whopping 26lbs by digging deep into her emotions and freeing herself from the very unknown patterns that had led to her holding on 🙏🏼❤️

Nia has had a particularly challenging ride and to witness her laughing, softening, and letting things golee easily has been gold for all of us to see.

She has recognised she is the answer and boy is she showing up ❤️

Happy Earth-Day to the Woman who I have been a part of since the day she was conceived 😍🥰

Eternally grateful for all you do and the fact I get to still make the phone call, hang out, spend time and share the most precious moments with you. Something so many do not have the luxury of ❤️

I truly hope I can be as an amazing Mum as you are to the precious bubba growing inside of me.
