To the woman who’s forgotten that joy is allowed to be simple...

Dear beautiful woman,

What if joy isn’t something you find? What if it’s something you notice?

We’ve become so good at chasing the next milestone... The next goal. The next holiday. The next version of ourselves. All the while, life has been quietly offering us tiny moments of joy.

A warm cup of tea.
Sunshine on your face.
A song you haven’t heard in years.
A stranger’s smile.
Fresh flowers.
A deep breath.
A laugh that catches you by surprise.

Joy rarely arrives with a grand announcement. It whispers. The trouble is we are often too busy rushing to hear it. This week, don’t ask yourself “What’s missing?” Instead ask “What’s beautiful that’s already here?”

Collect those moments. Smile at them. Be grateful for them. Because a joyful life isn’t created by extraordinary days. It’s created by extraordinary attention to ordinary moments.

Until next Monday...

Go and notice your joy. It’s been waiting for you all along.

Come home to yourself.
Lucy

P.S. I’d love to know... what made you smile today?

Have you noticed we are always waiting for a future version of ourselves, rather than being in the present and being happy?

“I’ll be happier when…”
“I’ll be more confident when…”
“I’ll finally love myself when…”

What if we got it backwards?

What if the person you are today is already worthy of love, kindness and compassion? Not because she’s finished healing, not because she’s achieved it all, simply because she exists…?

The journey of self love is not about becoming someone different, it’s about finally meeting yourself with all the kindness you’ve been saving for your future self…

So today, stop waiting.

Love this version of you too 🙏🏼😘

Come home to yourself.

To the woman who is trying to hold everything together..

Dear beautiful woman,

I wonder if you’ve noticed how tightly you are holding on recently?

Holding everyone together. Plans, emotions, yourself… as though, if you let go for just a moment, everything might fall apart.

Can I gently remind you of something?

You don’t have to hold your breath to hold your life together.

Pause for a moment.
Take a slow, deep breath.
Relax your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice that the world is still turning.
Nothing has fallen apart.

Sometimes, real self-love isn’t found in grand gestures.
It’s found in these tiny moments. The moments where you choose to stop rushing. To stop fixing. To stop carrying everything alone.

The moments where you remember that you matter too.

So today, if life feels heavy, don’t ask yourself: “How do I get through this?”

Instead ask: “How can I be a little kinder to myself while I do?”

Because perhaps self-love isn’t about becoming stronger. Perhaps it’s about finally giving yourself permission to soften.

Until next Monday...

Take a breath.

You don’t have to hold everything together anymore babe.

Come home to yourself.

🤍 Lucy

Remember to save this and read it again when life feels heavy 😘

For a long time, I thought healing meant I’d eventually reach a place where nothing affected me.

Where I’d always feel calm. Always feel grateful. Always know exactly what to do.

Life has taught me something very different.

Healing doesn’t mean difficult weeks disappear. It means you stop making yourself wrong for having them.

This week has reminded me that self-love isn’t found in pretending everything is okay. It’s found in the way we speak to ourselves when it isn’t.

So today, if you’re feeling tired... if you’re carrying more than usual... if you’re not feeling like your brightest self... Can I remind you of something?

You don’t have to earn your rest.
You don’t have to justify your emotions.
And you certainly don’t have to be positive all the time to be healing.

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is simply whisper to ourselves, “This is a hard week... and I’m still worthy of my own compassion.”

I’d love to know... What’s one kind thing you can do for yourself today? ✍🏼 👇🏼

To the woman who’s carrying more than anyone realises...

Dear beautiful woman,

I wonder if anyone has asked you this recently... How are you?

Not the polite version. Not the one where you smile and say, “I’m fine.”

The real answer.

The one that lives underneath the responsibilities, the expectations and the endless list of things that only seem to exist in your mind. I have a feeling you’re carrying more than most people realise.

You’re remembering the birthdays. Replying to the messages. Holding the family together. Supporting everyone else’s dreams. Thinking three steps ahead. Keeping the peace. Trying to be strong. Trying not to let anyone down.
And somewhere amongst all of that... You’ve quietly become the person who always says: “It’s okay, I’ll do it.”

Can I tell you something?

Just because you’ve become good at carrying heavy things doesn’t mean they were ever yours to carry. Strength isn’t measured by how much you can hold before you break. Sometimes...

Strength looks like putting something down. Asking for help.
It looks like saying: “I can’t carry this on my own anymore.”

Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that being needed made us valuable. That if we could just keep giving... Keep fixing... Keep holding everything together...
Then we’d be enough.

But perhaps your worth has never been found in everything you carry. Perhaps it’s been quietly waiting for you underneath it all.

So today, I have just one invitation for you.

Before the emails, the washing, the work, the cooking, the school holidays, the decisions and responsibilities take over...

Pause.
Take one deep breath.
And ask yourself one simple question.

What can I put down today?

Not forever. Just today.

Because the woman who carries everything eventually forgets what it feels like to walk freely. And you were never created simply to survive each week. You deserve moments of peace too.

Until next Monday... Be gentle with yourself.

The journey home is rarely rushed.

Come home to yourself.

Lucy 🤍

I wonder how many years we spend trying to become someone we never needed to be.

Kinder.
Smaller.
Quieter.
More successful.
More productive.
More attractive.
More “together”.

As though love, belonging and worth are rewards we receive once we’ve finally perfected ourselves.

I believed that for a long time.

Looking back, I wish someone had gently taken my hand and said:

“Lucy, you don’t have to earn love by becoming someone else”

Maybe you need to hear that today too?

You don’t need to have all of the answers, you don’t need to have healed every wound. You don’t need the perfect body, career, relationship or life before you deserve to feel worthy.

You are already enough.

The “work” isn’t becoming someone new - it’s about remembering who you were before the World convinced you that you had to be different.

If one slide spoke to your heart… let me know which one below 👇🏼

It’s time to come home to you ❤️😘

For years, I genuinely believed my worth had to be earned.

Earned through achievement. From prioritising everyone else. Through success. From looking and being a certain way. Through proving I deserved to take up space.

The hardest part?

No matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough.

When your worth is tied to what you do, there’s always another mountain to climb. Do you agree?

The greatest transformation of my life wasn’t building a business, winning awards, or even speaking on stages all over the World.

It was remembering that my worth was never missing. It had simply been buried beneath years of expectations, comparison and conditioning.

That realisation changed everything.

It’s the reason I created Self Love Club.

Not to help people become someone new... but to help them remember who they’ve been all along.

So let me ask you something...

Where in your life are you still trying to earn something that has always been yours? 🤍

19/07/2026

For years, I thought being a good person meant being endlessly available.

Saying yes.
Keeping the peace.
Explaining myself until everyone understood.
Carrying things that were never really mine to carry.

But there comes a point where constantly protecting everyone else’s feelings begins to cost you your own.

And that isn’t love.

Self love sometimes looks like saying no without writing an essay afterwards.
It looks like resting before your body forces you to.
It looks like changing your mind, leaving the room, asking for more, or admitting that something no longer feels right.
It isn’t always soft, pretty or comfortable.

Sometimes self love means being willing to disappoint someone else so that you can finally stop disappointing yourself.

Where in your life are you being asked to choose yourself more honestly?

Save this for next time guilt tries to convince you that having a boundary makes you unkind 💜

Huge congratulations goes out to the amazing who won Self Love Club Member of the Month for April 2026.

It’s been an absolute privilege to watch Nicola’s self love go through the roof over the last 9 months. Healing, loving, inner standing herself, to enable this gold to ripple through her family relationships. She’s kept striving, questioning and leaning into the processes she has been learning through the programme.

Nicola, well done. You have absolutely smashed it and the ripples will be felt for years through your family. Please do keep up the amazing work you have started here.

Let’s give it up for Nicola 👏🏼💜

Our second member of the month for March was the incredible

What a transformation this soul has had over the first 7 months of the programme. We have watched him grow, call himself out and evolve to be a man he is proud of.

Nominated by his coach for really stepping up and into his masculine energy. We have seen such a shift. Member of the month is well deserved.

Congratulations Raaaab. Keep up the amazing work.

Let’s give it up for this evolution to continue as it’s started ❤️
