To the woman whoâs forgotten that joy is allowed to be simple...
Dear beautiful woman,
What if joy isnât something you find? What if itâs something you notice?
Weâve become so good at chasing the next milestone... The next goal. The next holiday. The next version of ourselves. All the while, life has been quietly offering us tiny moments of joy.
A warm cup of tea.
Sunshine on your face.
A song you havenât heard in years.
A strangerâs smile.
Fresh flowers.
A deep breath.
A laugh that catches you by surprise.
Joy rarely arrives with a grand announcement. It whispers. The trouble is we are often too busy rushing to hear it. This week, donât ask yourself âWhatâs missing?â Instead ask âWhatâs beautiful thatâs already here?â
Collect those moments. Smile at them. Be grateful for them. Because a joyful life isnât created by extraordinary days. Itâs created by extraordinary attention to ordinary moments.
Until next Monday...
Go and notice your joy. Itâs been waiting for you all along.
Come home to yourself.
Lucy
P.S. Iâd love to know... what made you smile today?

To the woman who is trying to hold everything together..
Dear beautiful woman,
I wonder if youâve noticed how tightly you are holding on recently?
Holding everyone together. Plans, emotions, yourself⌠as though, if you let go for just a moment, everything might fall apart.
Can I gently remind you of something?
You donât have to hold your breath to hold your life together.
Pause for a moment.
Take a slow, deep breath.
Relax your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice that the world is still turning.
Nothing has fallen apart.
Sometimes, real self-love isnât found in grand gestures.
Itâs found in these tiny moments. The moments where you choose to stop rushing. To stop fixing. To stop carrying everything alone.
The moments where you remember that you matter too.
So today, if life feels heavy, donât ask yourself: âHow do I get through this?â
Instead ask: âHow can I be a little kinder to myself while I do?â
Because perhaps self-love isnât about becoming stronger. Perhaps itâs about finally giving yourself permission to soften.
Until next Monday...
Take a breath.
You donât have to hold everything together anymore babe.
Come home to yourself.

Remember to save this and read it again when life feels heavy đ

To the woman whoâs carrying more than anyone realises...
Dear beautiful woman,
I wonder if anyone has asked you this recently... How are you?
Not the polite version. Not the one where you smile and say, âIâm fine.â
The real answer.
The one that lives underneath the responsibilities, the expectations and the endless list of things that only seem to exist in your mind. I have a feeling youâre carrying more than most people realise.
Youâre remembering the birthdays. Replying to the messages. Holding the family together. Supporting everyone elseâs dreams. Thinking three steps ahead. Keeping the peace. Trying to be strong. Trying not to let anyone down.
And somewhere amongst all of that... Youâve quietly become the person who always says: âItâs okay, Iâll do it.â
Can I tell you something?
Just because youâve become good at carrying heavy things doesnât mean they were ever yours to carry. Strength isnât measured by how much you can hold before you break. Sometimes...
Strength looks like putting something down. Asking for help.
It looks like saying: âI canât carry this on my own anymore.â
Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that being needed made us valuable. That if we could just keep giving... Keep fixing... Keep holding everything together...
Then weâd be enough.
But perhaps your worth has never been found in everything you carry. Perhaps itâs been quietly waiting for you underneath it all.
So today, I have just one invitation for you.
Before the emails, the washing, the work, the cooking, the school holidays, the decisions and responsibilities take over...
Pause.
Take one deep breath.
And ask yourself one simple question.
What can I put down today?
Not forever. Just today.
Because the woman who carries everything eventually forgets what it feels like to walk freely. And you were never created simply to survive each week. You deserve moments of peace too.
Until next Monday... Be gentle with yourself.
The journey home is rarely rushed.
Come home to yourself.

I wonder how many years we spend trying to become someone we never needed to be.
Kinder.
Smaller.
Quieter.
More successful.
More productive.
More attractive.
More âtogetherâ.
As though love, belonging and worth are rewards we receive once weâve finally perfected ourselves.
I believed that for a long time.
Looking back, I wish someone had gently taken my hand and said:
âLucy, you donât have to earn love by becoming someone elseâ
Maybe you need to hear that today too?
You donât need to have all of the answers, you donât need to have healed every wound. You donât need the perfect body, career, relationship or life before you deserve to feel worthy.
You are already enough.
The âworkâ isnât becoming someone new - itâs about remembering who you were before the World convinced you that you had to be different.
If one slide spoke to your heart⌠let me know which one below đđź
Itâs time to come home to you â¤ď¸đ

Huge congratulations goes out to the amazing who won Self Love Club Member of the Month for April 2026.
Itâs been an absolute privilege to watch Nicolaâs self love go through the roof over the last 9 months. Healing, loving, inner standing herself, to enable this gold to ripple through her family relationships. Sheâs kept striving, questioning and leaning into the processes she has been learning through the programme.
Nicola, well done. You have absolutely smashed it and the ripples will be felt for years through your family. Please do keep up the amazing work you have started here.
Letâs give it up for Nicola đđźđ

Our second member of the month for March was the incredible
What a transformation this soul has had over the first 7 months of the programme. We have watched him grow, call himself out and evolve to be a man he is proud of.
Nominated by his coach for really stepping up and into his masculine energy. We have seen such a shift. Member of the month is well deserved.
Congratulations Raaaab. Keep up the amazing work.
Letâs give it up for this evolution to continue as itâs started â¤ď¸
