Good work this evening team

Loads of energy. Plenty of flexibility work as well 🙌

Jasper smashed it today so hes our Ninja of the week 💪. His focus was absolutely on point today not to mention his side kicks too. Keep it up kiddo

Referencing this new class opening in September. We would need to move the other classes forward 15mins so here's what Wednesdays would look like:

Ninjas: 5:15pm until 6pm
Juniors: 6pm until 6:45pm
12+: 6:45pm until 7:30pm

Please drop me a msssage if theres any issues regarding making it on time and we'll see if we can move some people around to squeeze everyone in

Lemme know team 💪

Good work this evening peeps

Especially Nicholas our Ninja of the week. SOOOOO much energy and enthusiasm from this lad!! Absolutely sets the bar when it comes to effort. Keep it up kiddo 👌

You may have seen some kiddos have come back with a green tag on their belts - this means they are ready to grade

We don't have a date just yet so stay tuned. Make sure belts are on so we can get em all tagged up

Any questions, drop me a message 🤘

See ya all next week 💪

Those that made it today, fair play people 👏

Not easy training in this heat but you guys still gave it your best!! 🙌

Well done to our Ninja of the week Adonis!! So much enthusiasm from this kiddo. He kept saying "I can do this" all throughout the warm up. What a warrior 🥊

Plenty of water breaks throughout to keep everyone hydrated too 💪

Thanks to everyone who messaged to say they're gonna be away. Only 3 juniors tonight tho!! You three absolutely smashed it. We covered soooooo much syllabus. Keep it up team

Those who were away, don't forget to catch up at our other locations. Drop me a message for the details

See ya all next week 💪

Great work tonight class

Loved the energy

Absolutely smashed it!!

Well done to Oliver... our Ninja of the week. Last week his focus wasn't the best and needed to be reminded a lot to face the front. This week was the complete opposite!! You'd think hes a completely different kiddo 😂

See ya all next week 🙌

Thank you for being patient whilst my foot heals up! I know not having me demonstrate makes things a little tricky but you all seem to be smashing it regardless. Keep it up you lot 💪
