Today is International Women's Day, with this year's theme being Give To Gain Campaign. It encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration and the power of reciprocity and support.

The idea behind Give To Gain is simple, when we lift others up, we all move forward. When people, organisations and communities choose to support women, opportunities grow and possibilities expand.

Giving isn’t about losing something. It’s about creating more: more access, more confidence, more opportunity.
