Being a solopreneur does not mean doing everything alone.

It means being intentional about where your energy is best spent and where you need support.

In Episode 94, I explore why asking for help is one of the strongest forms of self-leadership.

Sometimes the breakthrough is not another strategy.
Sometimes it is one honest conversation.

A conversation that helps you untangle what's in your head, see things differently, and make a decision you've been avoiding.

That is what we are talking about in this week's podcast.

One of the biggest myths in business is that you should be able to figure everything out by yourself.

You shouldn't.

In Episode 94 of The Life-Friendly Business Podcast, I talk about why support is not a weakness. It is often the thing that helps us move forward faster.

One of the reasons I love working 1:1 is that we rarely end up talking about the thing you think is the problem.

You might come wanting help with marketing, visibility or pricing.

But often what's really making things feel hard is something deeper:

👉Too many priorities.

👉A lack of clarity.

👉An important decision you've been avoiding.

👉Or simply trying to carry too much.

That's where mentoring can be so powerful.

I've recently opened a handful of Life-Friendly Business Clarity Sessions™ – focused 60-minute mentoring sessions designed to help you untangle what's really going on and create a practical plan for moving forward.

This will be a first for me - On Friday 3 July I will be testing my sea legs and speaking on a boat! But it's all for a great cause.

In September Zoë, owner of Womenpreneur Collective, will be travelling to Malawi to take part in the Women’s Partnership Challenge, working alongside female entrepreneurs to share knowledge, skills, and empowerment.

This is about creating real impact for women and communities in Malawi, whilst building meaningful partnerships that support women in business and education.

And you are invited to be part of that by coming along and enjoying this cruise. I'll be speaking and the fab Katie Needle will be there taking brand photos for you!

One of the hardest parts of running a business as a solopreneur is how lonely it can feel.

You are making decisions on your own, navigating challenges on your own, trying to stay motivated on your own.

That is why community is such an important part of the work I do.

At Momentum Day this year we had 70 female founders in the room sharing ideas, learning from brilliant speakers, and supporting each other.

The energy in the room was incredible.
When women come together like this, something powerful happens.
Confidence grows, ideas spark and momentum builds.

And you realise you are not alone on this journey.

This is the spirit behind everything I create, from my events to The Cocoon membership.
Women lifting each other up so we can all rise together.

Something to ponder:
What difference would it make to have the right people around you as you grow your business?

To your success,
Erin x
