We’re just girls that want to improve our lives through exercise, and we may also love the same things πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ and that is how a community is formed!! Could you be part of Team SWPT? πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

Exercise is the answer to living a life that allows you to do what you want and NEED to do. Please don’t deprive yourself of that πŸ’˜πŸ’˜

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK ⁣
⁣
This is what we do as MHEC coaches all year round, with our clients, communities, and beyond. ⁣
⁣
This week, think about talking - and the true power that can have. I cannot even begin to explain how much my life and my own mental health has improved since taking that step and actually having the courage to start talking last year. ⁣
⁣
Up the MHEC 🀝

SMALL BUT MIGHTY! ⁣
⁣
Cooking was something I didn’t have to think about too much until fairly recently, and it’s something I was dreading being in charge of because I didn’t think I was very good πŸ₯² ⁣
⁣
All of these simple but hugely impactful adjustments I’ve made have helped me to - ⁣
⁣
πŸ’· Save money ⁣
πŸ—‘οΈ Avoid food waste ⁣
πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Improve my cooking skills ⁣
⏱️ Save time on those late finishes ⁣
πŸ₯¦ Priorotise nutrient density ⁣
πŸ₯° Enjoy being in the kitchen ⁣
πŸ™‚β€β†”οΈ Reduce over eating ⁣
⁣
I’m not batch cooking for an entire week, or eating the same thing everyday! For example - ⁣
⁣
A meal I make on Sunday night will probably be had as leftovers on Monday as I finish work late, then I’ll prepare a fresh meal on Tuesday which will be had as leftovers on Wednesday when I finish work late etc… ⁣
⁣
So if you find yourself last minute buying / buying on impulse, resorting to takeaways, or spending more than you need to on food (we all know how expensive a nip into little Co-op can be), then why not spend literally 10 minutes planning this week to see what you can make happen? 🀝
