A year ago today I was lethargic, weak, suffered from back aches, had no stamina. Started the gym in June and booked Nick as my PT in November. My life has now changed so much! Doctors have said they’ll be reducing my diabetes and blood pressure meds and the energy I now have is insane! Not to mention how strong 💪 I’ve gotten! Can’t thank the staff at absolutely fitness enough, especially Nick who’s currently helping me through this life changing journey ❤️
