A great track set last of 500m reps at 5k pace with a minute recovery. Back home in time for a shower, dinner and a beer in hand for the football ⚽️

What we did Wednesday!!! What a cracking weekend! placed 3rd in the 5k, thanks Mim for picking up his trophy, the podium suits you 😁👍
Also Paul Scott had a cracking run and the Sam mascot put in an awesome 5k it that heat.... Well done e !!

Denise Robertson switched the legs to two wheels , nice work Denise.
And last but not least, .robinson1 and went out for a short jog , this was a brand new event for this year. A great, challenging course with view and a bit of elevation 😬😬

What we did Wednesday!

Endure 24 - how many times can you go round a 5 mile loop in 24 hours before getting dizzy- or tired!!

We had pairs, solos, first timers, returners, PB’s and a 2nd place mixed pair 🥈and most of all, a brilliant weekend. The flamingo volunteers were awesome - thank you Guys!

Will be back next year - hell yes!

Today’s 10 miler took us around Wokingham starting at Cantley Park. Found a great post box hat to mark Remembrance Day 🎖️Lovely run and finally the ☀️has come out to play! Of course if would have been rude not to finish off the run with tea and cake 🍰

It's a Bank Holiday weekend .... What better way to spend it than running with friends.
Starting with fun on a Friday in the forest..... Out and backs from lower star point, what a fun, inclusive set.... Some club members managed to count to 11.... Some not so good 😂🙄😁 we may have to repeat this one 😂

Friday night Fartleks in the Forrest 🌳

Tonight we made stars ⭐️ We ran out to Lower Star Point with the aim of efforts as quick or as slow as you wanted along each of the 11 exits paths making a Strava star. I think we nailed it and everyone enjoyed the session which was suitable for all abilities. Can’t wait to do it again - maybe at Upper Star Point next time!

What an amazing weekend last week we had club members at , a cool 50miles and a great turn out .... Busy busy....

We've had the most amazing weekend running and volunteering at the Bracknell Half Marathon and also runners at . Massive well-done to every one... It was 🥵

What do you do on a special birthday..... Coach a track session..... Norwegian style ..... A set, the Norwegian 4x4 protocol for VO2 max involves performing four 4-minute bouts of exercise at a heart rate between 85 and 95% of maximum heart rate. A great set.... Hardwork, but fun...

A great fun set, for all abilities.... And the sun shone..... Must be a birthday treat..... Happy Birthday Coach .
