I teach vinyasa power yoga in Binfield.
Sometimes that power is soft power and sometimes it has extra energy.

The Wednesday class starts on 3 January 2024 @ 19.00-20.30 in Binfield Scout Hut.
There is also a Saturday class on Zoom🚀at where ever you are in the world, 9.00-10.30 UK time.
It’s not too easy, or too difficult. It’s finding the level that’s right for you🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽.

Binfield Scout Hut is right in the middle of the village in Terrace Road North. Wednesdays @ 7-8.30 pm are magic. It’s the people that make it so. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a practiced yogi, it’s the time when you can come and join this lovely class. Will I see you there?
