1st Easthampstead Scout Group

Christmas comes to 1st Easthampstead, thanks to all the Leaders and Supporters who decorated the hall this morning. It looks fantastic!

Beavers and Cubs had a good day at the county adventure day.

This week we learnt how to start a fire using different methods. We lit a tea light with a match. Used flint and steel to caught cotton wool alight. We used a battery and hay. We also collected kindle and different woods sizes to build a fire.We also learnt how to extinguish a fire.

The cubs and leaders had a great day at Earlywood ( district winter fun day)taking part in den building, lunch cooked on a fire.wide game and a camp fire.
