What a weekend that was! So much fun, the most hilarious personalities, the biggest belly laughs and probably the worst hangovers of all time 🤣🤣…. The age 🤣🤣 There was certainly no “beige” on this hen do! it was an absolute pleasure to be invited, thank you 🥰🥰

Maintaining body shape is probably one of the hardest, most underestimated things to do… you receive no praise or motivation to dramatically change what your body looks like, as you always “look” the same. Yet what you may “feel”, may be so different when you are not where you want to be… This may “look” like a small change. But it’s a HUGE one when I think about how I “feel”! So pleased with the changes both mentally and physically in just 4 weeks. No crazy diets, just consistency, consistency, consistency. I trust the process. We should all trust the process!

For those who know me I am not the social media sort of person when it comes to personal life… Today was a big day… I have been meaning to do something for many years to give something back to something that has always been close to my heart… my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer many years ago but it had unfortunately spread. She had to undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy but I am so proud to say she came out on top. I had my own daughter nearly two years ago and since then its really been playing on my mind to give something back… one thing my mum struggled with was the loss of her hair, something I also hide behind… it gives me so much joy to be able to give something back in some form, especially when it comes to children… so here it is…13 inches of hair, hopefully it can help a little princess one grey day 🥰huge shout out to for making this day so special and fun, you’re the greatest 🥰 -awareness

Been waiting for this moment all my life… yes I’m THAT mum! All ready for her first Gymnastics Party, start as we mean to go on 💪
We all fall off the wagon… including me! Weeks of playing harder than working hard and the “puffiness” is/WAS back. It’s ok though, that’s life! It’s not about losing it, it’s all about getting back on track! December is a chaotic month for me with Cole’s birthday and the magic of Christmas, that will always come first! Life is a balance of fun and hard work, just means you have to dig deeper for the next few months! My aim is always to try and get those abs I worked so hard to claw back after my third child. There’s no wiggle room anymore, they will come and go, but I’ve accepted that and as a mother of three amazing children with little free time, it will always come in waves. Just means you got to work that much harder in the gym with the time you have and in life itself to fit it in, but the reward when you manage that and see results (no matter how small) feels so much more! So here’s a photo of me on Jan 1st and 10 days later… I’m far from where I want to be, but can already see promising changes to my body shape. My 31 day challenge leading up to Luisa’s 1st birthday is to shed as much body fat as possible without crash dieting. Just eating the same as I always do, less alcohol and training HARD! Targets need to be realistic and achievable. For me, this is, but remember, we are all different! I aim for month by month targets, with a long term goal to remain fit and healthy for my family. It’s all a juggling act as a mother but making time for yourself is key, not selfish! It helps your mental health as well as your overall fitness, all important factors of being a happy mum! Remember make time for YOU too! Let’s see what I can achieve in the next 21 days and beyond… and let’s see what you can do too!

⚠️Post Partum update ⚠️ The more work you put in, the more you’ll get out. All those workouts have paid off 😊 You only see the end results of the benefits of training through a pregnancy in this photo; not the blood, sweat and tears behind the journey to get there. This pregnancy has been one hell of a journey; mentally, physically and emotionally! I’ve been pretty quiet on posts, a lot going on in the world and in life itself. Trying to stay strong when all you want to do is crumble at times. Exercise AGAIN has played a huge part in keeping my focus and mental well being. It’s not just about trying to look good, feeling good is what matters! It has been invaluable to this journey and I can’t stress enough the importance of exercise and what it can do for you both physically and mentally, especially during a marathon journey such as a pregnancy where your body is experiencing huge changes. I know it’s the last thing you ever feel like doing, but every workout gives you the much needed kick to get you through each day. Every struggle has been so worth it and we have our beautiful baby girl here with us safe and well, what more could you ask for!
